Do I need to service my motorcycle at the dealership I bought it from?
It’s a common misconception that servicing your bike at your local motorcycle mechanic and not the dealership will void the warranty, but this is not the case.

Had my suzuki gsxr 600 serviced and tuned by ozzy about a year or so ago now and he really knows his stuff and takes care of your bike. Unfortunately i had to sell that bike and have remained with out a bike for the last year or so...... until now. Sent ozzy a few different questions about bikes i was going to get and he promptly got back to me about mt tuning and exhaust options for each bike i was looking at. Not many people do this for free, but ozzy did!!! I now bought a bmw s1000rr and once i get the break in service done, there will be no one i would trust my pride and joy with except ozzy. The big shops and worshops just dont take the time and care that this bloke does. And his workshop is like nothing else ive seen before!!!!👌👍 cheers for the recent advice ozzy!!!!
Since 2015 Ozzy has been servicing my previous 2013 K1300S and now my current 2016 R1200RS. Ozzy's skill, knowledge and professionalism is second to none, and he is a top bloke to do business with, and always has time to answer any questions I have with highly qualified advice. Do yourself a favour next time you need your bike serviced and make the trip to Stanthorpe and you will not be disappointed. 👍
Ozzy is truly passionate about BMW motorcycles and goes over and above anyone else. I recently purchased a K1200R and took it in for a service and he was very thorough and methodical while servicing the bike . Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best for their BMW.
Man, where to even start, I have been screwed over by other workshops, overcharged, sold things I haven't needed but not at all with Ozzy. He is extremely knowledgeable, more like a motorcycle Surgeon than just a mechanic, there is nothing he doesn't know or can't do. And for the level of workmanship you receive you honestly can't ask for better value for money. He has helped me out so many times over the past few years. Whether it's giving me advice over the phone, offering to check out bikes prior to me purchasing them, Ozzy goes above and beyond for his customers! He's not like other mechanics who will try and coax you into doing unnecessary modifications or repairs, he will give you an accurate assessment of what needs doing, how long until it needs doing, and the absolute cheapest and most effective way to get it done when it needs doing. Can't recommend him highly enough, my family and friends go to him now and we won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!
Just Purchased a K1300R took it to Ozzy for a check up he found it hadn't been serviced when the previous owner told me it had. Ozzy changed all oils thoroughly checked it out new filters etc. He would be the most trustworthy bloke and best mechanic you could take your bike too if he wasn't around i wouldn't buy BMW bikes.
I serviced my bike as per manufacturers guidelines at BMW since I bought the bike new, yet never felt that the bike was 100% after a couple of days post service. I felt I needed to find someone that shared my passion for motorcycling. Someone that would be as committed to ensuring my bike ran as per the design specification...and better. Today I believe I found that person at Oz-racing. Ozzy is not just passionate about motorcycles, but knows my machine better than anyone I've ever met. He picked up issues and kept me updated during the entire process and continued to impress me as he worked his way through the process of resolving issues that resulted from poor workmanship. By the time Ozzy was done, the bike is running as he promised...better than new!! My bike will never be serviced elsewhere! Ozyy, your knowledge is incomparable and your workmanship is superb! Thank you!!
